A 12-year-old girl was attacked and killed by a crocodile in the Kavango River at Shikoro village on Saturday.
Acting Kavango East Regional Police Commander, Commissioner Aino Nambahu told Nampa on Sunday that the little girl went to fetch water with others at the river.
The deceased has been identified as Eleotheria Mashe Ngoma, a resident of Shikoro village in the Ndiyona Constituency.
