Sanlam has learned of two staff members in its Windhoek Client Service Department who have tested positive for COVID-19. As a precautionary measure to reduce further exposure to our staff and clients, the Client Service Department will temporarily close for two days from Monday 17 to Tuesday 18 August 2020 for comprehensive disinfection.
The public is hereby informed that the organization is still operational only the walk-in client service office will be closed. No major disruptions are envisaged. For assistance during the temporary closure, clients are encouraged to call the Sanlam Call Centre on 061 294 7440 or email client@sanlam.com.na.
Furthermore, to support the high volume of clients at the Windhoek office, the Katutura Branch will temporarily close from Wednesday 19, to Friday 21 August 2020. The staff at the Katutura Branch will move over to the Client Service Department to provide the much-needed backup support.
The rest of the Sanlam offices and branches throughout the country remain open and ready to serve clients.
