The two-day Bank Windhoek Property Expo, aimed at connecting individuals seeking to expand their position in the industry, attracted hundreds of attendees and participants.
The expo took place in Windhoek over the weekend.
A statement availed to Nampa by Bank Windhoek on Monday said it brought together financial service providers, estate agents, developers, conveyancers and individuals who sought to further their knowledge and skill in property buying, selling, renting or investing.
The Association of Estate Agents in Namibia (AEAN) facilitated information sessions on technology in real estate, property valuation, real estate photography, property grooming and staging and water-wise gardens.
Bank Windhoek’s Property Finance Sales Manager, Nancy McNab was quoted in the statement as saying she was pleased with the turnout at the expo, adding that it was positive news for the property market which she said was starting to have favourable indicators particularly in the coastal, central and northern regions.
