Standard Bank recently appointed Isabella Nasilowski as the new Manager of Business Support within the Personal and Business Banking Department.
In her new role Nasilowski is tasked with strategic, operational and administrative support, including analysis and interpretation of financial results, implementing cost optimization initiatives for the various segments, preparing financial projections and monitoring of risk and compliance matters in the business unit.
“I look forward to learning as much as possible in the banking environment, to be able to supply quality support to the various stakeholders. I believe that each employee should be accountable in their roles and area of responsibility and consistently delivering a high standard of service,” said Nasilowski.
After matriculating in Keetmanshoop in 2000, she obtained a BCompt degree at the end of 2004 through part-time studies from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and the following year she also obtained her approved Articles through PricewaterhouseCoopers. In May 2005 Nasilowski joined Old Mutual Investment Group (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd where she gained experience in various financial and administration aspects, with her main role being that of finance manager for the asset management and unit trust businesses.
Nasilowski officially joined the Standard Bank on the 1st of April 2017.
