The Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) has appointed Morna Ikosa as its new communications and stakeholder’s engagement manager, with effective from 07 January 2019.
She replaces Daylight Ekandjo.
A statement issued on Monday said Ikosa’s vast experience in the public relation and marketing spans over ten years with particular success in influencing decisions on stakeholder engagement, reputation and strategic management amongst others.
“In GIPF she looks to invest the skills, experience and expertise garnered over the years to enhance the fund’s stakeholder engagement strategy,” it said.
It further added that she will champion various initiatives that are geared to ensure that GIPF continuously provides the highest quality of service offering to its valued stakeholders.
Ikosa is an accredited chartered public relations practitioner, holds a Master’s degree in public relations management, post graduate qualification in the management development programme, certificate in digital marketing, post graduate certificate in telecommunications policy regulations management and a certificate in transformational leadership.
