Standard Bank recently added a new member to the Blue family, namely Ngahupe Veii, who has been manning the fort as Branch Manager in Gobabis. Veii began his tenure at the branch on 17 January 2017, and is already proving to be an invaluable asset with his impeccable work ethic. "I look forward to the challenge of applying my skills of managing relationships which I have acquired over the years as well as the chance to learn a whole set of different skills. I am also excited about the opportunities that come with this appointment which will allow me to grow," Veii said of his appointment. As Branch Manager, Veii is tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with Standard Bank clients and delivering good consistent service. "I am determined to cultivate good relationships with our clients with the purpose of ensuring client profitability, increased revenue and risk optimization," the Branch Manager said. Veii acquired a National Diploma in Agriculture from Ogongo Agricultural College Namibia in 1996 and a B Tech Agriculture from Cape Technicon in 2004. He honed his expertise in the Banking industry at the Agricultural Bank of Namibia where he worked as a Clerk for 10 years and as a Control Officer for another 10 years.
